Country boppers are a rare kind of music, not quite country but not quite rockabilly either. The end result is perfect for both listening and dancing to. The roots of rockin' music are evi-dent and the short hop to rockabilly music is clearly easy to understand.

For this collection, we have assembled a sparkling compilation of thirty tracks from various country hicks. Some are by well-known names, whilst others like Durwood Daily and Les Elliott unjustably remain obscure. However, the link is that they all recorded great country boppers.
