Shipping & Shipping Costs

Most titles are in stock in our warehouse in Hambergen, Germany, and leave us within 1–2 working days. What you pay depends on the weight of your parcel and where it goes.

What shipping costs — at a glance

Prices for a small parcel of up to 750 g — that is up to six CDs for the same price as one.

All shipments are insured and trackable. Standard takes roughly 3–10 working days depending on destination, express 2–3. USD amounts are indicative and follow the current exchange rate.

Free shipping

Order value after any discounts, excluding shipping. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only — express shipping is always charged. Not available outside Europe. Customs duties and import taxes are not included — see below.

USA

Heavier parcels to the USA ship by DHL Parcel from € 32.99 or DHL Express from € 58.95. You will see the options in checkout.

Canada, Australia and worldwide

Express delivery

DHL Express and UPS deliver door to door within 2–3 working days. Available in checkout for most destinations. Express is never included in free shipping.

Counted from dispatch. Customs clearance can add days on shipments outside the EU and is not included below.

Customs duties, taxes and fees

Orders shipped outside the European Union may incur customs duties, import VAT and handling fees in the destination country. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices, and are payable by you on delivery.

Partial deliveries

We ship each order complete wherever possible — this keeps costs down and our shipping carbon-neutral. If part of your order is on backorder and you do not want to wait, you can request immediate dispatch of the items in stock during checkout. This costs an additional € 3.99 on top of standard shipping. A maximum of one partial delivery per order applies, and partial deliveries are not available outside Germany.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to customers all over the world and have done so since 1975.

How do I find the exact shipping cost for my order?
Add the items to your basket and proceed through checkout to the shipping step. You will see every available method and the actual amount for your address there, without having to complete the order.

Why does tracking show no movement after my parcel left Germany?
International tracking often does not update between departure from Germany and arrival in the destination country. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

It has been over a month and my parcel has not arrived.
It may be held in customs, waiting at your local post office for collection, or on its way back to us. Please contact us with your order number and we will trace it.

Tracking says my parcel was returned to sender.
We will contact you as soon as it reaches us. If the return was our error, we resend at our cost. If the address was incomplete or the parcel was not collected, we will ask you to cover the additional postage for a second attempt.
