5-time GRAMMY winner and Country Music Hall Of Famer Marty Stuart returns with his first new album in more than 6 years, Altitude. Recorded in Nashville with his longtime band The Fabulous Superlatives, the collection explores a cosmic country landscape populated by dreamers and drifters, honky-tonk heroes and lonely lovers. Written primarily on the road, the album is inspired in large part by Stuart's 2018 tour with Byrds co-founders Roger McGuinn and Chris Hillman.

"I've always loved songs that feel like old friends, but still sound new and fresh," Stuart says of Altitude. "The beauty of country music is that the blueprint that Jimmie Rodgers laid down - gambling, sin, redemption, heaven, hell - is as relevant today as it was then.
