Christopher John Spedding is an English rock and fusion guitarist best known for his work as a studio musician. He has worked for performers including Roxy Music, Elton John, Brian Eno, John Cale, Jack Bruce, Tom Waits, Laurie Anderson, Marianne Faithfull and Annette Peacock.

A 4CD box set entitled "The RAK Years" is now being released on Cherry Red Records. The release brings together his four studio albums "Chris Spedding" (1975), "Hurt" (1977), "Guitar Graffiti" (1978) and "I'm Not Like Everybody Else" (1981) in one box, including the singles "Motor Bikin'," "Jum In My Car," "Silver Bullet," "Bored Bored" and "Gunfight."
