Micke & Lefty feat. Chef is a band founded by two experienced blues musicians, Micke Bjorklof and Lefty Leppänen, who were joined by bassist Chef on their debut album “Big Bag” in 2004. The trio's music is a versatile blend of American blues and roots music with a modern twist, regardless of genre boundaries. Influences range from delta blues, rock, soul and gospel to Hawaiian sounds.

Micke & Lefty feat. Chef has performed and captivated audiences with energetic concerts in small clubs and big festivals all over Europe. The trio, which has been active for over 25 years, is considered Finland's most entertaining blues and roots band, combining great musical expertise with the role of entertainer. Micke & Lefty feat.Chef has also represented Finland at the Blues Challenge in Memphis and the European Blues Challenge in Berlin.

Micke & Lefty's debut album, critically acclaimed in 2004, is now available on LP for the first time.
