Micke & Lefty feat. Chef is a band founded by the two experienced blues musicians Micke Bjorklof and Lefty Leppnen. Their debut album “Big Bag” from 2004 also features bassist Chef. The trio's music is an eclectic mix of American blues and roots music with a modern twist, regardless of genre boundaries. The influences range from early Delta blues to rock, soul, gospel and Hawaiian sounds. Micke & Lefty feat. Chef have thrilled audiences with energetic performances in small clubs and at major festivals throughout Europe. The trio, which has been active for more than 25 years, has been described as Finland's most entertaining blues and roots band, combining high musical competence with the role of entertainer.
