Thanks to the kind permission of Dusty Tapes Records, our website contains another rarity for all fans of the legendary The Shadows.

An absolutely fantastic collection of 100% previously unreleased recordings of Hank Marvin from 1969-1970. These are audio recordings from television programs. Many of the TV shows in question no longer exist. Therefore, Hank's live performances have only been preserved for posterity thanks to these amateur recordings made by fans. These are off-air recordings, but most of them are in very good sound quality.

The set contains tracks that Hank previously played with The Shadows (“The Rise And Fall Of Flingel Bunt”, “Maggie's Samba”), as well as tracks from singles and his solo album, which was recorded immediately after the break-up of the famous band (“Goodnight Dick”, “Sacha”, “Break Another Dawn”). Particularly interesting and extremely rare are tracks that were never recorded on albums by Hank solo or by The Shadows (“One Note Samba”, “Zorba's Dance”, “If I Had A Hammer ” etc.). Hank appears with Cliff Richard on 12 of the recordings.

All the source material has been carefully remastered from the only surviving copies, with corrected speed and optimal sound restoration. The CD is packaged in an elegant, colorful cardboard sleeve and includes an insert with a detailed description of the tracks.
