REDBONE was the Los Angeles-based band led by Native American PAT and LOLLY VEGAS.

In 1974 they had the million-seller 'Come and Get Your Love', which is of course included on this Best Of collection.

PAT and LOLLY VEGAS had previously been active under their own name and appeared in the 1965 film 'It's a Bikini World', at a time well before REDBONE.

The first success for REDBONE came in 1970 with the song 'Maggie'. They followed this up with the Top 20 hit 'The Witch Queen of New Orleans' which has become a constant on classic rock radio.
