Mansa Musa, aka Rudolph J. Lord, was a master percussionist from Trinidad. He played with Andre Tanker, Black Stalin, Brother Valentino and Lancelot Layne. This album, his first full-length release of original compositions, now gets its first-ever reissue.

Recorded in Port of Spain, Hold On To The Faith blends African-influenced rhythms with Caribbean soul and message-driven songwriting. Andre Tanker plays a key role as collaborator and composer.

Now remastered from the original master tapes and reissued on 180g vinyl, this rare album includes a free download code.

A collector’s gem and an Afro-Caribbean essential – back on vinyl via Cree Records.
