The decisive stages of the world career of an incomparable artist are told in songs: Each song stands for a station in the life of Udo Jürgens with a story behind it.
The 3-CD-coupling was curated personally by the family in close coordination with Sony Music;
The Digipack is supplemented by a 36-page booklet with private impressions and explanations to the respective station.

In a career spanning six decades, Udo Jürgens composed over 1,000 songs, released more than 50 albums and sold over 105 million records. With "Merci Chérie," "Greek Wine" and "I've Never Been to New York," the composer, musician, singer and entertainer created immortal classics of pop culture. World stars such as Sammy Davis Jr, Nancy Wilson, Matt Monroe, Bing Crosby and Shirley Bassey sang his songs. In the years between 1967 and 2014, Udo Jürgens played 25 tours. More than 6.5 million people experienced him live. With his music, the Carinthian-born artist inspired and touched the masses, a superstar across all genres, generations and social classes. On December 21, 2014, Udo Jürgens died at the age of eighty at the height of his success. His songs remain.
