"Meet me in the Middle" is the fourth VizzTone release from the fingerstyle guitarist and Singer Erin Harpe, who was recently named New England Blues Artist of the Year 2019. After a trio of successful albums with her band, Erin Harpe & the Delta Swingers, Erin returns for this intimate acoustic album, which she produced herself and recorded in her home studio with Husband/Bassist Jim Countryman has recorded, returning to their roots in country blues

The album contains 10 songs, including four self-written songs and her own Interpretations of traditional melodies and songs of blues women like Memphis Minnie or Lucille Bogan, with styles ranging from traditional country blues and slide guitar to folk, gospel and Zydeco. On this slim record Erin Harpe is playing acoustic, slide and 12-string guitar and vocals as well as kazoo and foot percussion, with ukulele bass and backing vocals by Partner Jim Countryman.
