Harry Glück was born on 4 September 1941 in Marienburg, West Prussia. He grew up in Southern Germany, where he discovered his love for Rock'n'Roll. He won a young talent competition in Freiburg, where he was discovered by a producer who was able to get him a record deal. The records of teenage idols like Ted Herold and Peter Kraus sold like hot cakes and the record companies were constantly looking for new young artists. One of these was Harry Glück, who from 1960 onwards tried his luck mainly with German cover versions of international hits.

-I want to kiss you again and again- was the German version of Adriano Celentano's success -24 mila baci-, but could not place itself in the charts. With his fourth single -Blue Moon-, a cover version of the Marcels- hit, he finally achieved his first chart success in June 1961 (13th place). The title remained in the charts for eight weeks. With -It's true- he appeared in one of the then popular hit movies and was able to place himself in the Austrian hit parade. With the following titles -Cinderella-, -Hey Baby- and -Golden Stars- Harry Glück could not continue his success. He released a few more records under pseudonyms, but they were not very successful.

In 1965 he ended his career in the music scene and worked as a teacher after graduating.
