Eddie and the Hot Rods is a pub rock band from Essex formed in 1975. They are best known for their 1977 top ten hit "Do Anything You Wanna Do," which was released under the shortened name Rods. The group disbanded in 1985, but reunited in 1996. Singer Barrie Masters was the only constant member until his death in 2019.
Been There, Done That is the second album of Eddie and The Hot Rods with new material in the current lineup with Barrie Masters. The album was released in the United Kingdom in 2006.

EDDIE & THE HOT RODS (UK)

Pub rock band formed in 1975. Group members changed frequently but the original line-up was Barrie Masters (vocals), Dave Higgs (guitar), Rob Steel (bass) and Steve Nichol (drums). Their first recordings appeared on the Island label in 1976 and saw some modest chart success, but they split up in 1981. Since then, they have re-formed from time to time.

Recorded live in Paris in June 1976. This is too noisy for my liking and the sound is muddy.
