American bluerock band founded by Vanilla Fudge bassist Tim Bogert and drummer Carmine Appice in 1969 . Singetr was Rusty Day and guitarist Jim McCarty.
The band recorded between 1970 - 1972 four albums . In 2006 the band came togehter for a few concerts with Jimmy Kunes as a singer.
