The original 'Rockabilly Kings' album was released on vinyl over 30 years ago. A landmark release by collector consensus, its reputation has never tarnished and never will. This CD adds a further 10 masters and alternates to the vinyl's 16 - which, in the interests of authenticity, are presented here in the same running order as the original album. Ace has also retained any relevant between-song session chat and false starts, putting the listener on the studio floor with the musicians at these epochal 1950s sessions. All rockabilly collectors have known and revered this material for years, and will welcome the chance to acquire it on CD.
