Contains 25 songs including many previously unissued and others unavailable since their initial 78 release. With Eddie Boyd, L.C. McKinley, Ernest Cotton, Jack Cooley, Harold Burrage, Dennis "Long Man" Binder, Cliff Butler, Eddie Ware, Edward "Gates" White and Arbee Stidham featuring the legendary guitarist Earl Hooker. A wide range of styles are featured; from down-home '50s Chicago blues to the more uptown jazz-inflected blues prevalent on many United recordings.
