On his new solo album Lucky Numbers, Eurythmics mastermind Dave Stewart combines the influences of rock and country into a distinctive musical concoction, backed by the best musicians Nashville has to offer, who did him the honor of recording them in Nashville on his previous solo albums in 2011 (The Blackbird Diaries) and 2012 (The Ringmaster General).
For the recording of Lucky Numbers, however, they traveled together from familiar surroundings - to the South Pacific.

Stewart tells stories from life, and knows how to convince with surprising pulls and many a wink, as well as guest singers like Vanessa Amorosi or Martina McBride.
