Jerome Van Gasteren aka CC Jerome has been a luminary of roots styles between 40's and 60's for over 20 years. The accomplished guitarist and singer lived for years in London and the USA, has played in the live bands of numerous scene greats such as Lee Rocker as well as with the Specials as well as with world stars such as Chuck Berry. His own bands like The Bellhops, The Ranch Girls, The Ragtime Wranglers or The Jetsetters are among the genre top acts in his home country. The quintet CC Jerome & The Savoys was originally formed as a backing band for US rhythm'n'blues wonder Nikki Hill.

On One More Time, this lineup of wonderful 50's R'n'B songs as if straight out of the Specialty era meets Melbourne singer Rusty Pinto (Rusty And The Dragstrip Trio), who in turn has already paid homage to this style with the Rusty Pinto Combo.
