Produced by Dan Auerbach, Hermanos Gutierrez's album El Bueno y El Malo is inspired by old western films and Latin American sounds, taking the listener on a hypnotic and sensual instrumental journey through an enchanted landscape where the haze of the desert meets the blue of a Kodachrome ocean. Born in Ecuador and raised in Switzerland, the brothers create a distinctive guitar sound informed by their rich cultures, a dialogue between the worlds of musicians bound by blood to form a unique soul.
