Cosh Boys, the rock'n'roll band from Finland, was formed in 2003 and has released several albums on different record labels over the years. Their last longplay album "Those British Sounds" was released in 2014 by Rebel Music. Now you have the brand new record of the guys in your hands. It's called "Rock Is Here To Stay" and it contains brand new tracks, seven out of twelve of which are penned by the band and feature a great rock variety. There is a kind of tribute song to the early English rock group Wild Angels, which was one of the main engines for the Cosh Boys' sound. There are also songs about death on a motorcycle, a kind of horror saga about Frankenstein's daughter, songs about sad and happy times. There are eight rock and roll songs with vocals and guitar instrumentals written by the Cosh Boys. The cover songs are well chosen and mostly not the most famous ones. Four out of five of them have also been recorded by English artists or groups over the years, although the original versions are mostly from America, so it's easy to see the English flag being raised again by the Cosh Boys. So put the needle to the grooves and let your hi-fi blast out some great rock sounds, because as they say, Rock Is Here To Stay!
