Copeland hat Tausende von Auftritten in Clubs, Festivals und Konzertsälen auf der ganzen Welt absolviert und ist im nationalen Fernsehen, NPR und in Zeitungen, Filmen und Zeitschriften aufgetreten. Sie ist eine tragende Säule zahlreicher kommerzieller und nicht-kommerzieller Radiosender. Sie sang mit Eric Clapton, Bonnie Raitt, B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Carlos Santana, James Cotton und vielen anderen.

Sie öffnete sich für die Rolling Stones und unterhielt US-Truppen im Irak und in Kuwait. Jeff Beck nennt sie "f*cking amazing". Santana sagt: "Sie glüht.... ein Diamant."
