The third layer of girls takes over!  If the previous volumes were arranged by skin color, this one gives preference to girl groups over solo singers, but there are some individualists as well.

Starting off are The Ikettes and The Raelettes, backup singers for the bands of Ike & Tina Turner and Ray Charles. Both vocal groups had a very important specific weight for the soloists they accompanied, so important that no one could stop them from recording their own albums and singles as well.

Behind them is a rather wide and eclectic selection, ranging from doo wop to garage, through pop and rock'n'roll.  Is any genre of music too much for women... certainly not!  

This is the last volume of this collection, which completes the circle in which a total of 39 titles have been gathered, which sound very different, but whose common denominator is the female voices.
