Frank Schöbel is still THE hit of the East and an integral part of the German musical landscape. Now Monopol Records is finally releasing his new studio album "Unzerstörbar" with a total of 14 songs and 4 bonus tracks. This time, in addition to the compositions, he has also written almost all the lyrics himself, with the exception of the songs "Unzerstörbar", "Die Letzten werden die Ersten sein" and "Polaroids im Schnee". The successful authors Hens Hensen, Alexander Scholz and Tobias Reitz have once again delivered hit potential with these titles. In addition to many funny songs such as "Alles schon mal da gewesen", "Alles muss man 3x sagen" and "Das kannste voll vergessen", Frank also wrote the affectionate "Wenn du lachst, scheint die Sonne", the encouraging song "Hoffnung die uns leben lässt" and the early riser song "Augen auf". Personal encounters with people suffering from dementia prompted Frank to write the very emotional song "Auf deiner Reise ins Vergessen" (On your journey into oblivion) - a title that is deeply moving.

Frank: "When you get a few days older, you suddenly realize that many friends are leaving you forever." That's why he dedicates a musical tribute to all his loved ones with the title "Wherever you are": For Chrissy, Siggi, Ernst, Herbert, Ursel, Rolf and the many others... A "Thank you medley" rounds off the album.

Bonus tracks on the album include the touching song "Bist kein kleines Licht", from the GDR TV comedy "Drei reizende Schwestern" (1984), Frank's new Union Berlin anthem "Union Unzerstörbar" for all soccer fans and, quite typically, there is a little musical joke at the end.
