This CD contains a live performance recorded at the Hilton Hotel on 4 September 1972 during the last night of Elvis' seventh engagement in Las Vegas. For the first time ever, the show is presented in stereo.

A bonus CD of remastered rehearsal tracks recorded a few days before the engagement began is also included. The accompanying booklet with rare photos and memorabilia from the final night also includes notes that set the scene.
