Multi-award winning John Nemeth was born and raised in Boise, ID and moved to San Francisco in 2004. Over the next 9 years he worked with Anson FUnderburgh, Junior Watson, Elvin Bishop and many others. Since moving to Memphis in 2013, he has honored and continued the rich heritage of the music scene in his adopted hometown. John is currently nominated for five Blues Music Awards.
Less than two weeks before undergoing highly specialized jaw surgery and uncertain if he would ever be able to sing or play again, John was joined by Elvin Bishop, Bob Welsh, Willy Jordan, Kid Andersen and Alabama Mike for a two-day recording session at Greaseland Studios to share the healing power of music.
All proceeds from the sale of this album will benefit the enormous medical expenses that were not covered by insurance.
