When the Blues Band were indefinitely put on ice in December '82. their slide guitarist,joint frontman, occasional lead singer's own extra-curricular combo The Dave Kelly Band were pretty much left to fill the void. And this they did with considerable panache, so much so that more than a decade after the Bluesers' successful reformation, the DKB have continued to gig and record as a separate entity whenever their leader's increasingly-busy schedule permits.

This CD reissues their classic mid-80's Mind In A Glass and Heart Of The City albums, and includes explanatory track-by-track liner notes from workaholic Kelly.
