When he's not at his workbench making an elaborate commissioned piece, you'll find him training others to build their own guitars. Live at The Colony was recorded in a single night by Jared Tyler, a respected multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, producer and engineer who has worked with Malcolm Holcombe for years. The record was mastered by Chuck Zwicky. Bo Hallford, known for his work with the Paul Benjaman Band and The Panda Resistance, plays bass, while Matt Teegarden, as well as Grammy-award winning David Teegarden Sr., plays drums.
