Gerry & The Pacemakers The Best Of Gerry & The Pacemakers - The Definitive Collection (CD)

(EMI Records Ltd.) 25 tracks - EMI Legends Of Rock'n'Roll Series

This CD from the „EMI Legends Of Rock'n'Roll“ series bundles 25 recordings by Gerry & The Pacemakers, one of the leading Merseybeat bands from Liverpool. As the first group ever, they took each of their first three singles to number one in the British charts. Included are classics such as „How Do You Do It?“, „I Like It“ and the anthem „You'll Never Walk Alone“ – lively, good-humoured beat pop of the early 1960s.
