Der 1943 in Baton Rouge geborene Bassist, Sänger und Songschreiber überzeugt durch seinen markanten, ausdrucksstarken Gesang und seine Songs, melancholische Balladen und zurückhaltend-rockige Grooves aus dem Süden. Begleitet wird er von exzellenten Musikern aus Holland. Eine Produktion mit viel Tiefgang / the state of Louisiana, best known for its swamps and hot sauce, has always been a source of great musicianship, in this case Burton Gaar. His trademarks are strong and intense vocals and his original songs. We love his melancholy ballads and his laid-back rockin' Southern grooves. On this European debut he's supported by a bunch of fine players from Holland. Check him out - he is special!
