3CD set with 81 tracks, including ‘Indian Reservation’, a number 3 hit in the UK in 1970 and a worldwide million-seller.

There is also his 1970 hit ‘Belfast Boy’, a tribute to footballer Georgie Best, and the club favourite ‘I'm Alive’, recorded in 1969, which reached number 12 in the independent singles charts in 2010.

The CD contains numerous previously unreleased tracks, including Fardon's never-released debut solo single ‘It's Been Nice Lovin’ You’ (1967 version) and the B-side “I Won't Be Long”, as well as the half-live/half-studio album “Don Fardon & The Gang On Tour In Scandinavia” recorded in 1970.

It contains eight never commercially released tracks from the BBC World Service programme Top Of The Pops, including recordings of ‘Indian Reservation’, ‘Belfast Boy’ and a cover version of ‘Back In The USSR’ by The Beatles.

Don Fardon first rose to fame as the lead singer of cult freakbeat legends The Sorrows from Coventry when their single ‘Take A Heart’ reached number 21 in the UK charts in 1965. Although the Sorrows are not represented on this box set, Don's excellent solo version of ‘Take A Heart’ from 1968 is included, as is his solo recording of another Sorrows single, ‘Let The Live Live’ from 1969.

All of Fardon's singles from 1967 to 1974, including many that were not released in the UK, are represented, such as ‘Indian Reservation’, ‘Belfast Boy’ and ‘I'm Alive’, but also ‘The Letter’, ‘Gimme Gimme Good Lovin’’, Mod favourite ‘Treat Her Right’, the 1974 glam stomper ‘Don't Do That’ and more, as well as all the tracks from the albums ‘The Lament Of The Cherokee Indian’ (1968), ‘The Love Story Of Don Fardon’ (1969), ‘I've Paid My Dues’ (1970), ‘Released’ (1970) and ‘I'm Alive’ (1970).
