Son Demon and His Holy Boys from Tampere, who released a well-received EP in 2022, now enter the album scene with their debut "Boptized".
The title is a variation of the more archaic religious term "baptized," referring to a person who was baptized in the Deep South of the United States. It is also the birthplace of the music that Son Demon and the Holy Boys love to play: primitive and original rockabilly that the band calls "boptized." "Bop" is also the style of dancing that the rockabilly diggers do to their music.
