Nigel Connell is an exceptional musical talent from Ireland: a performer with an extraordinary vocal power who moves in every genre with stylistic confidence, whether he is singing classical music on stage with an orchestra or making the house shake with his rock band. His talent is palpable when you hear him perform his own material in an acoustic session and he tells the story behind the lyrics, but he also puts his own musical stamp on cover songs.

After stints such as starring in Irish the Musical and being a finalist on The Voice of Ireland, he is now embarking on a stellar solo career. Music is in Nigel's DNA: his parents played together in a band, so he couldn't help but start performing himself at the age of 15. His instrument was the drums, which he played powerfully and filigree in an outstanding precision and underlined by sophisticated percussion. Nigel Connell's voice as a front man is powerful and gentle at the same time, whether rock, pop or classical.
