All three albums were recorded in the mountains of North Carolina and reflect, in an intimate and honest way, Eric Church's aspiration to continually challenge himself, to push the boundaries of his own art, while never forgetting the magic of music. "I've always been fascinated when a song is created - there's a magic that happens," Church says of the unique process that led to this project. "I wanted to bring that into studio form."
