With 11 brand-new original compositions and their unmistakable style, they once again prove that they are still among the hottest Rock ’n’ Roll acts in Europe. On their fourth album, the Gamblers present an unusual variety that underlines their tremendous talent and versatility. Cherry’s husky tenor is perfectly complemented by Ike Stoye’s saxophone, Michael “Humpty” Kirscht’s guitar, Gregor Gast’s drums, and Kevin Weber’s bass – a combination that results in an intimate, sleek, and powerful production.

The repertoire ranges from driving rockers such as Sugar Sweet Baby, The Automatic Fool, and Street Party to the light, pop-flavored Baby Malonka. An album that appeals to dancers, collectors, and true lovers of authentic Rock ’n’ Roll alike.

The recordings were made at Lightning Recording Studio, Berlin on a Telefunken M10 using BASF tape at 38 cm/s, with Neumann U-47/M-49 and RCA-77 microphones to capture the full frequency spectrum. Sessions took place between August 30 – September 1, 2024 and April 19 – 20, 2025. The April sessions were co-produced by the late exceptional guitarist Randy Richter († September 23, 2025), to whom this album also serves, in a way, as a musical monument.
