Jake Calypso (Herve Loison) wurde am 24. Mai 1964 in Nordfrankreich geboren. Seit 1978 spielt er Rockabilly. Seit 1983 hat er 8 Alben mit anderen Bands aufgenommen. Heute spielt Jake Calypso mit seiner eigenen Band, den Red Hot' (Chris Gillet an der Gitarre & Thierry Sellier am Schlagzeug).
