He himself proudly calls his distinctive Southern sound the "Trailer Trap", with which Blanco Brown blurs the boundaries between country and hip hop to create his very own, cross-style musical genre. A style that finds its inspiration in both the raw energy and the gripping storytelling talent of its two greatest influences: Johnny Cash and Outkast. On his debut album "Honeysuckle & Lightning Bugs" Blanco Brown presents the whole range of his skills as a songwriter, producer, singer and multi-instrumentalist.

Years before his rise to Grammy-nominated producer, solo artist and promising candidate on Billboard's "7 Country Acts To Watch In 2019" hotlist, Blanco grew up in two completely different worlds: In the US state of Georgia he regularly commuted between various projects in the city of Atlanta and the country.

Two completely different sound worlds that come together in his self-created hybrid sound "Trailer Trap". Blanco Brown delivered a first taste of this exciting mix with his global smash "The Git Up". From Soundcloud, the track developed into a viral megahit together with the video clip, which climbed to the top of the worldwide charts and generated over three billion total views.
