Back home in his home state of Texas, Doyle Bramhall Sr. is a living legend. During the 1970s he played in bands with the Vaughan brothers. Along with Stevie Ray, he wrote some of SRV's greatest songs. And you can imgaine Stevie's appreciation when listening to Doyle's singing. Stevie Ray did copy his vocal style. Back to the future. Phantastic new record from the vocalist/drummer. Innovative, somewhat chaotic, but always great. Thanks must also go to the participating guitar players. Exciting. Superb. Recommended.
