Vince & The Sun Boppers By Request (LP, 10inch)

With By Request, Vince and the Sunboppers deliver their third album with 14 new songs rooted in the traditions of rockabilly, rock ’n’ roll and country. Released in 2018 on Rhythm Bomb, this edition is available as a limited 10-inch vinyl release. Apart from Ransom Of Love, written by Dale-Rocka double bassist Luca Ciriacono, the songs were written by singer and guitarist Vince Mannino. The album was again recorded at Lightning Recorders Studio in Berlin, with additional guest instrumentation from musicians including Praefcke, Stoye and Kirscht. The sound combines an authentic vintage feel with timeless songwriting and deliberately evokes the musical atmosphere of the early 1950s.

Vince & The Sun Boppers
