Saint Etienne's Bob Stanley has reassembled this collection, researching what was actually played in Brooklyn clubs in 1974 and 1975. "Supernatural Thing Part 1" by Ben E. King or "Wake Up Everybody" by Harold Melvin were cosmically great and both are included here, alongside underground favorites like "Helplessly" by Moment Of Truth or Ivano Fossati's incredible "Night Of The Wolf" has fans in northern soul, disco and prog circles.
