Thirteen Roses sing in a man's world. Far from interpreting this phrase in any political or vindictive way, but there is no need to, this LP aims to highlight the power of women singers in the twentieth century recording industry, simply to pay tribute to those women who, in many cases, broke rules and paved the way for generations to come.

Some of these roses were big and beautiful and changed colors whenever they wanted, others bloomed only briefly and left amazing scents that can still be appreciated.
