Various – The Motown Story: The First Decade documents the first ten years of one of the most influential labels in American soul music. Released in 1970, this five-LP box set traces Motown’s development through landmark recordings and performances by many of its defining artists. Highlights include Barrett Strong’s Money (That's What I Want), The Miracles’ Shop Around and The Tracks Of My Tears, The Marvelettes’ Please Mr. Postman, Marvin Gaye’s I Heard It Through The Grapevine, Stevie Wonder’s Fingertips, Martha Reeves & The Vandellas’ Dancing In The Street, The Supremes’ Baby Love, The Four Tops’ Reach Out I'll Be There and The Temptations’ My Girl.
