Twenty-one-year-old Dylan Triplett is a true soul singer, blessed with a vocal range of 4.5 octaves and the ability to blend blues, R&B and jazz into a delightfully soulful stew. Born and raised in St. Louis, Mo, the city that gave us Chuck Berry, Little Milton, Tina Turner and Miles Davis, Dylan shows the influences of his predecessors on his debut album, "Who Is He?"

Under the name Little Dylan, he began singing at the age of 9 and started his professional career at 15 years 15, performing with his father and uncle, both experienced jazz musicians. Grammy award-winning bassist and bassist-producer Larry Fulcher assembled an all-star cast for this project, beginning with guitarist Dr. Wayne Goins (director of Jazz Studies at Kansas State Univ) as co-producer. Joining them on guitars are rising blues star Christone Kingfish Ingram, Johnny Lee Schell, Sean McDonald and Tru Born of St. Louis. Montez Coleman, another St. Louis jazz great, plays drums, Ryan Marquez and the legendary Mike Finnigan on keyboards.

They are joined by Joe Sublett and Kyle Turner on saxophone. The 10-song album features a mix of songs written by Triplett and producer Fulcher, plus additional gems from Bill Withers, Marvin Gaye. Dylan Triplett's debut album answers the question Who Is He?
