Fans of The Teskey Brothers can look forward to a special concert album at the end of the year: Live At Hamer Hall is the recording of the 2020 Christmas concert of the Australian blues rock heroes together with Orchestra Victoria. Founded in 1969, the orchestra is now a major performing partner for the Australian Ballet, Opera Australia and major Victorian Opera productions.

For this unusual performance, several song highlights from the Teskey Brothers, including Carry You, I Get Up, So Caught Up, Hold Me and the Christmas songs Dreaming Of A Christmas With You and Highway Home For Christmas were rearranged by arranger Jamie Messenger and performed live on stage at Melbourne's iconic Venue Hamer Hall with the orchestra under the direction of conductor Nicholas Buc. The show was also streamed live on YouTube for fans around the world.

The unanimously enthusiastic response left those involved with no choice but to mix this performance into a live album.

The Teskey Brothers, consisting of brothers Josh Teskey (vocals, guitar) and Sam Teskey (lead guitar), along with bassist Brendon Love and drummer Liam Gough, were formed in Melbourne, Australia in 2008. After their debut album Half Mile Harvest (2017) and the second album Run Home Slow, which landed at number two in the Australian charts, as well as the first live album Live At The Forum, which also brought the quartet their first number one chart position, now follows Live At Hamer Hall.
