Who was/is The Taste ? - CDs, Vinyl LPs, DVD and more

Taste

They have only released two albums in their short career, yet at the beginning of the 1970s Taste were one of the biggest live bands in the world. Their reputation has remained to this day. When Jimi Hendrix calls you the best guitarist in the world, it says something about your talent. This honour was bestowed upon key guitarist and singer Rory Gallagher at the 1970 Isle Of Wight Festival. Besides bands like Chicago, The Who or The Doors, the band played one of their most legendary concerts there on August 28, 1971, released on Polydor LP. The career of one of the world's greatest blues and rock musicians began with the band Taste: Rory Gallagher.
