Quinn Sullivan became famous as a young guitar virtuoso after meeting Buddy Guy, who took him on tour with him in 2007. By the age of 8, Sullivan had already become a much-acclaimed blues phenomenon.

"Salvation" honours Quinn's musical roots and deals with the death of the young exceptional musician's mother. At the same time, he audibly continues his path as a soulful and engaging singer-songwriter. "My mother was my guiding star on this record," says the artist, who lives in New Bedford (Massachusetts). "I'm not a religious person, but redemption to me is about saving yourself from a traumatic experience. That's what this album did for me."
