Joanne says: 'Recording at Grand Victor was incredibly inspiring. It is quite the legendary studio. Dolly Parton cut Jolene and I Will Always Love you here. And Chet Atkins worked here. Basically, if there was a hit record out of Nashville, it was made here. I am very proud of this album, and I can’t wait for everyone to hear it.'

Gefühlvolles Bluesrock Album

Das Album Wild zeichnet sich besonders aus durch das tolle flüssige Guitarrenspiel und die besondere Stimme von Joanne Shaw Taylor aus. Die Frau spielt schon super Soli auf der Guitare. Für die noch härteren Töne sorgen der Rhytmusgitarrist und der Schlagzeuger, die diesem Album die entsprechende "dreckige" Note geben. Was nicht unerwähnt bleiben sollte: Von den 11 Songs sind 10 Eigenkompositionen. Sehr schönes Album !
