When I released my album "Highway" in 1996, the internet was the new frontier for me, and I headed out west to stake my claim! I sent diskettes to everyone I could find to drum up publicity, and by God. One day my phone rang and a man with an unfamiliar accent said, "Hello, I'm Paolo Car6. His reviews in Buscadero changed my life forever. The next call came from Carlo Carlini. We became close friends over the years. I often think of my tours that he promoted.... RIP Carlini, say hello to Bruno ....

Within a few months, the Redneck Truckers and I were on a plane headed to Europe. For a small town boy from Central America, this began a journey that I am still on. I'm writing this in a rest stop on I-8o in the best place in the world, IOWA!
