Electra is the result of combining the strength and talent of composer, guitarist and singer Iker Piris, along with bassist Abdell B. Bop (Nico Duportal, Junior Watson, Lynwood Slim, Duke Robillard) and drummer Andy Martin (Chris Ruest, Shawn Pittman) in the combo Iker Piris & his Dual Electras. It was released on the El Toro Records label and is a representative of the style with its own voice, collaborating with great artists of the genre such as Nico Wayne Toussaint, Greg Izor and Víctor Puertas. Electra, composed exclusively of original songs and mastered by Mike Mariconda, is a personal project, an inner journey through the blues.
