MELANIA SAPIENZA comes from Catania and has been a passionate singer for over ten years with a sure feeling for the stylistic finesse of 50's Rockabilly and Rock'n'Roll. But only now does the Sicilian make her studio debut with "It's Her", after visiting the Berlin LIGHTNING RECORDERS studio with MASSIMO PAFUMI, the guitarist of her home band, and finding the hosts AXEL PRAEFCKE and MICHAEL KIRSCHT as ideal session partners for drums and double bass on location.

Not long, and eleven self-written songs were immortalized on the Telefunken tape machine, plus a bonus instrumental on top. Classically upbeat 50's sound in the matching spartan sound aesthetics, which transports a lot of mood and puts MEL's vocal talent in the centre.
