The Nut Jumpers

The Nut Jumpers sind ein Seitenprojekt von zwei Briten und einem Franzosen, dessen Namen in der weltweiten Rock'n'Roll Gemeinde bereits gewisse Berühmtheit erlangt haben. An der Gitarre ist die großartige Helen Shadow, am Schlagzeug Ricky Lee Brawn (The Stargazers, The Big 6) und mit Gesang, Harmonika und Bass kommt 'Mr. Dynamit' Jake Calypso hinzu.

Der Sound dieser Band ist dementsprechend breit gefächert, aber immer authentisch. So bringen die Nut Jumpers nicht nur Rockabilly und Rock'n'Roll auf die Bretter, sondern auch erdige Blues Bopper und Sixties Einflüsse, bisweilen sogar an Link Wray erinnernde Gitarren-Riffs.
